RISK MANAGEMENT PLANNING

Our risk management process starts with helping individuals understand and plan for the unexpected.  While we work with MassMutual and other fine companies to provide products, should they be needed, we can also do planning on a fee basis for those who desire to work with their insurance advisor.

We utilize the Riskplanning Pyramid to identify the risk in a client's portfolio.  The "engine" that drives the pyramid is the income earned by the individual or family.

The base of the pyramid identifies those risks, that left unplanned for, could destroy the financial security of an individual or family.

We offer assessments and solutions to help individuals, families and businesses determine the amount of exposure that they have to each of these areas.

The middle layer of the pyramid is cash: for emergencies and opportunities that come along.

The upper part of the pyramid is reserved for investments.  While they typically will be the portion where an individual's wealth is primarily found, we believe it is important to take care of those areas that could destroy accumulation first.

Turning the pyramid "upside down" provides an unstable base.  This is why we recommend addressing the risks first.
