John is the founder and President of The Financial Solutions Network, LLC. He received his undergraduate degree from Capital University and his M.A. from Bowling Green State University. He has over 28 years experience in the financial services industry. He is an Investment Advisor Representative and a Certified Effectiveness Coach, and oversees our wealth management process
John has received numerous industry and community awards and citations. He currently is active as a board member of Tengenous Communities (Ann Arbor, MI), The Business Buddy Advisory Council of Nationwide Children's Hospital (Columbus, Ohio) and the Cheryl Allen Community Center (Lima, Ohio). Additionally, he is the founder of Commitment2Kids, a philanthropic foundation dedicated to Childrens' issues, and based in Dublin, Ohio.

Melissa joined The Financial Solutions Network in March, 2009. She primarily works with our corporate client planning team in the areas of employee benefits and qualified retirement plans. She is a native of Canton, Michigan and a graduate of Eastern Michigan University with a BBA in Marketing.
Melissa’s activities include the Columbus Young Professionals Club, EMU Alumni Club (Columbus chapter), Commitment2Kids, and St. John Lutheran Church in Dublin.

John joined The Financial Solutions Network in January 2004. His ambition is to assist clients in identifying their financial objectives and to provide them with the knowledge and confidence to establish a sound financial foundation. Additionally, he oversees our corporate business strategies at TFSN. Philanthropically, John is involved with Commitment2Kids, and is a board member of the Dublin City Schools Young Professional Academy and the Dublin Kiwanis Club.
John entered the financial services industry with 5 years experience working in sales and marketing for a Fortune 500 integrated steel producer. He is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati where he earned a BBA in marketing, and was a scholar athlete in track and field.

Larenda started her career with a Fortune 500 Investment firm, and joined The Financial Solutions Network in June 2009. Previous to this, she had three years experience as the general manager for a small business in the Toledo aread. Larenda graduated from The University of Toledo in 2004 with a B.A. in Marketing and International Business.
Larenda has an interest in assisting families with special needs. She has been an active volunteer for S.A.I.L.: The School for Autistically Impaired Learners, and is active with Commitment 2 Kids.
Cameron Ladd, Intern
Cameron is a Senior at The Ohio State Univeristy pursuing a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Family Financial Management. He has been with TFSN since June 2008.
Upon graduation Cameron plans to pursure his Certified Financial Planner designation.
Cameron looks forward to helping clients achieve their personal goals.
Erika Hauser, Intern
Erika is a senior at Ashland University pursuing a B.S. in Business Administration degree majoring in finance and minoring in accounting. She has been with TFSN since October, 2008. Erika is a member of Eagle Investment Group at Ashland University, which actively manages a $400,000 endowment portfolio for the university, where she is in charge of the financial sector.
She is a member of Delta Zeta Sorority, where she has been the Treasurer for two years. She is the Assistant Director for St. Jude's Up Till Dawn Fundraising Program at Ashland University. She is also a member of the Institute of Management Accountants at Ashland University. She is also on Ashland Univeristy's College of Business Dean's Student Council.
